How do I book an appointment?
The fastest way is through our online booking page — choose your treatment, pick a date and time, and you’ll receive a confirmation by email. You can also call us on 0452 534 615 or 0474 144 936, or simply drop into either of our Yokine salons, and our team will lock in a time that suits you.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are always welcome. We keep enough trained staff on the floor to look after unscheduled visits without long waiting queues. That said, booked clients are served at their appointed time, so we recommend booking ahead for longer treatments like facials, lash extensions and full-body waxing.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open seven days a week: Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Thursday evenings are perfect if you can’t get away during the day.
What kind of products do you use?
We only work with professional-grade products from trusted brands, including the Lotus range for our facials. We also stock organic and hypoallergenic alternatives for clients with sensitive skin or allergies to conventional cosmetics — just let your therapist know at the start of your visit.
How long does each service take?
Threading takes around 10–15 minutes, brow and lash tinting 15–20 minutes, facials between 20 and 60 minutes depending on the treatment you choose, a full set of lash extensions 1.5–2 hours, and waxing anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the areas. We’ll confirm timing when you book.
Can I bring a reference photo for my brows or lashes?

Are lash extensions safe for my natural lashes?
Yes, when applied correctly. Our lash technicians isolate each natural lash and choose an extension length and weight your lashes can comfortably support, so there’s no pulling or premature shedding. With proper aftercare and regular refills, your natural lashes stay healthy underneath.
