01 Arrival time
Care, craft and comfort. We use only products we trust, keep our spaces spotless and calm, and treat every client like a regular from their very first visit.
02 Late arrival
If you’re running late, give us a quick call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to have the treatment shortened or rescheduled so the next client isn’t kept waiting.
03 Appointment cancelation
Plans change — we understand. We simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to another client. Repeated no-shows may require a small deposit for future bookings.
